• I build connections with the Stakeholders, PMs, Developers and all involved in order to arrive to a successful solution together
• I prioritize honest communication over division and silos
• I lead workshops between teams to align on the mission together
User Testing
• I believe in User Testing and Data Collection as a necessary proponent to success
• I lead Usability Testing with small and focused groups virtually and in-person.
• I put together User Testing forms for data collection
Concept Prototyping Work
• I prefer to put together prototypes to arrive at the User Feedback asap.
• I gauge User Feedback from the concept prototypes as the driving force for getting buy-in from the Stakeholders and all involved
Stakeholder Management
• From running a consulting business, contacting to full-time positions I have successfully managed Stakeholders
• I managed Stakeholders expectations on multiple projects from the initial meetings to hand offs to Dev for implementation
