The main objective of this project was to redesign the Skills Kit authoring platform, make it more accessible and user-friendly. The platform was responsible for creating skills and publishing them across the whole Xfinity ecosystem.

Challenges
- The development team was stretched thin, struggling to maintain the platform.
- There was no dedicated dev team available to allocate resources for the redesign.
- Poor usability resulted in users abandoning the skill creation process.
- The platform relied heavily on code variables, with a user interface that was not intuitive or user-friendly.
